Proofreading looks for surface errors such as spelling, punctuation and it includes some light editing. Editing addresses the structure and flow of a document – it also includes proofreading and the opportunity to discuss your work if required.

We charge by the word and not by the hour. All prices are based on the word count of your document and whether you require proofreading or editing. When you send us your document, we will be able to quote you a price based on the word count. We normally only proofread/edit the text. If you need the footnotes to be included, you will need to tell us.
